If you need help with either pre-sales or after sales support with one of our LED sign products, then initially please check our FAQs and Wiki, if neither of these help, then please either raise a support ticket, email or phone us and we will be glad to help.

We also have a dowloads website for getting the latest versions of software, firmware, manuals etc.  You will need a username and password to access the site - please Contact Us for details, giving us your sign model and serial number (both of these are on a label usually on the rear of the LED sign).
