LED Pixel Pitch

Why would you choose a particular pixel pitch over another?  We will try to explain how to select the best LED pixel pitch for your application.

	You would choose 7.62mm LED pitch if your target audience are near to the sign or if you need a better resolution for displaying pictures or graphics.  This pitch is particularly suitable for use in an office or similar type of environment.
	The 11.43mm LED pitch is good for intermediate viewing distances; you get a larger display which costs less for a given size sign (compared with the 7.62mm pitch displays).  This pitch is particularly good for displays used in shop windows and similar applications.
	The 15.24mm LED pitch is good for longer viewing distances; you get a larger display which costs less for a given size sign (compared with the 11.43mm and 7.62mm pitch displays).  This pitch is excellent for larger shop windows signs, train station or airport signs and similar applications.

We also offer other LED pixel pitches for outdoor signs, the same principle applies to these , it is just that the pitches are different.  So, a smaller pitch offers higher resolution and is suited to short viewing distances while large pixel pitches offer lower resolution but are better for long distance viewing.
