Lighting fair showcases green innovations.
The Tokyo Lighting Fair last week played host to the first campaign by the Green Light Outreach, an organisation that offers advice to Taiwanese companies on how to become more green. The first campaign featured the Taiwan Lighting Gallery with a host of nationally designed products. Referring to the 21st century’s most important challenge to businesses, searching for energy efficient ways to operate, a chief marketing spokesperson for the project praised LED for its energy efficiency and versatility.
Visitors to the presentation were able to see firsthand the newest solutions on the market, from lamps to components, in a country with a long record of luminaire production and design. Fifteen Taiwanese companies took part to display their wares, offering the chance examine over twenty new products, which included LED chips, sensors, LED power lines and flood lights, to name but a few.
In addition four of the country’s leading designers including Neotroni Lighting Unistars showcased their newest most innovative lighting products at the very successful event last week.
