The Challenge

HOPPECKE, the largest European industrial battery manufacturer, turned to Spectra Displays to supply highly visible digital LED displays for its charging stations, management system. The message displays needed to be of the highest quality to meet the rigorous demands and expectations of the German company.

The Solution

Spectra built and designed a customised version of its one line LED message display with ultra-bright yellow LEDs. The customisation was built into the firmware allowing the display to seamlessly interface with the company’s management system.

The Result

The new digital LED displays now show—through the charging place number—the optimal fully-charged battery for the next exchange. Large ultra-bright characters ensure they are clearly legible at all times, in large open plan and brightly lit factories—dramatically improving readability and operational efficiency.
